Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, gold and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. DualPendingOrder uses a martingale-style cascade of opposite pending orders: losing sequences increase the position size, and a single adverse market move can wipe out the entire trading account. You can lose all of the money in the account where the EA runs.

Backtests and past results, whether shown by you or by anyone else, do not guarantee future results. Execution, spreads, slippage, broker conditions and market behaviour differ between backtests, demo accounts and live accounts.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether, where, how and with how much money to use the EA. Test it in the MT5 Strategy Tester and on a demo account first, and only trade money you can afford to lose.

DualPendingOrder is software. Nothing on this website, in the EA, its presets or its instructions is financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing is a promise or guarantee of profit.

Licence

• One purchase gives a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the EA on up to 10 MetaTrader 5 accounts.
• Licence keys are generated by you on your licence page with your purchase code. Accounts cannot be removed or swapped once added.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute, decompile or modify the EA or your licence keys.
• The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Updates are not guaranteed.

Payment and refunds

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. The product is delivered digitally and instantly after the payment is confirmed. Because crypto payments cannot be reversed and the product cannot be returned, all sales are final once a licence key has been generated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the EA, its presets or this website.
